TRITON

..Triton ..
1954 T100 (500.c.c.) in a 1961 wideline featherbed frame
Norton E.S.2. gear box
4 plug "delta" head (triumph race shop???)
...(possibly raced.??)
In for a compleat re-build..below is what goes on .

Charlie starts to make a list.

Charlie drew my attention to the center stand spring, it appears to be a bungee.

Always take lots of reference photos.

Hmmm...running just a TAD rich me thinks..


The battery was a bit furry..!!

(look at the casting)

Time to put it back together again
.
After having all the motor bits bead blasted, the head has had the valves
ground in,I fill the squish chambers with white spirit to check for non-seating.


.
A all electronic kit was fitted .
Boyer power box,
Pazon ignition,
and new coil kit .



The problem was where to put all the bits
and how to hold it all in.!!
aahhh...well put it where the battery used to be.!!!






and make a ally cover......sorted!!!

all parts are polished before assembly





Time the engine.


fit the Pazon unit (instead of the mag)

set the ignition timeing


Re-build the forks








polish all parts before assembly
