1973 Fantic Chopper 125 cc

as came from Madrid October 2013.

As can be seen It has the wrong exhaust ..Tracking down all the bits was not to bad once i had a few contacts..

Lots of photos were taken before and as I was stripping it down.

The forks were a mess no oil just grunge

this is all that came out of both fork legs

The exhaust has come all the way from OZ.

along with  a carb and the front wheel rim .

all these bits are off to the zinc platers

and came back all clean and good..

Right then lets put it all back together

All parts are polished before assembly 

Re-build the shocks after zinc and chrome plating..

Cut open the exhaust to get to the dents from the inside

off to the chrome plating man..

Have the wheels re-built

RE-BUILD

Had to make a scroll and clips  for the handlebars

 I managed to borrow one for a pattern  

new ones at bottom.

Reflector has been re-silvered
